At LUXE BEAUTÉ CO., we’re committed to delivering a relaxing, inclusive, and elevated beauty experience for every client who walks through our doors. Located in Laurel, MD, our studio serves as your one-stop beauty haven—specializing in customized facials, brow sculpting, lash extensions, and body waxing. [Appointment Policies] Thank you for choosing LUXE BEAUTÉ CO. Please review the following booking policies: • A valid card on file is required for all appointments. Prepaid cards or Cash App cards will not be accepted. • All intake forms must be completed prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation. • If you’re interested in booking before or after regular hours, please join our waitlist. You’ll be contacted if availability opens up. An additional fee will apply and does not go toward your service total. [Lateness Policy] • We offer a 20-minute grace period, $20 late fee will be applied at the 15-minute mark. • If your service duration is under 30 minutes, please make every effort to arrive on time, as flexibility is limited. • Arrivals over 20 minutes late will be required to reschedule, and 75% of the total service cost (including the deposit) will be charged before you can book again. [Rescheduling, Cancellations, & No-Show Policy] • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • No-shows or late cancellations will be charged 75% of the appointment total (including the deposit). • Deposits non-refundable. Please book intentionally and reach out if anything arises. Deposits are transferable once only when rescheduling with proper 48-hour notice. • Clients who no-show more than once will be restricted from booking future appointments at LUXE BEAUTÉ CO.
